(Monster's format for the title seemed to suit for this sort of thing, I sincerely hope you don't mind my emulating it--it should keep things organized, anyway.)

Genres: This particular model is intended for High Fantasy, but it could be interesting to try him in something modern, perhaps under another name with a different back story. Go with the path of least resistance first.

Lith Ventus is a young man of average stature but great ambition. A son of House Ventus, he does not now, nor ever will he stand to inherit much through his father. With five physically stronger and more charismatic brothers, Lith brushed off any thought he had of inheriting his father's Lordship, and with no desire to become one of his brothers' bannermen, he turned his gaze and lust for power elsewhere...to the arcane arts.

The vast majority of his 23 years have been spent in sequestered study, his closest companions dusty tomes and ancient grimoires that have collected dust over the years. He is a scholarly looking fellow, often seen in a pair of wire spectacles with a book in his hand, dark hair tied back in a low ponytail. He's practically infamous for being the black sheep of the Ventus family.
